Yoga 1-2 General yoga classes teach a variety of postures with correct alignment and breathing - suitable for  most students in normal health, including students with little or no yoga experience.
Vinyasa 1-2 Vinyasa yoga classes link poses, movement and breath in different sequences.  No two classes are the same.

Continuing

Yoga 2

Ashtanga 1-2 Students at this level progressively learn 12 additional seated poses.
