Class cards, Groupons and Living Socials have expiration dates and must be used by the expiration date.
We do not grant extensions, credit or refunds for missed or unused classes.
Like any form of fitness, the most benefits of yoga are obtained by regular class attendance.
5 class card 2 months - 10 class cards of all kinds 4 months - 20 class card 6 months.
A $50 fee will be charged for returned checks.
Yoga East Policy for Payment and Registration
No refunds, credits or exchanges will be given. Make sure you can use your class option before you make your purchase. We will not give refunds, partial refunds, credits or exchanges for classes you have missed.
No extensions or pauses. We do not give extensions or pauses for any reason, including vacation pauses, except in cases of medical or family emergency. Students with serious medical conditions attend yoga classes every day. There are very few medical reasons to stop attending classes. In the event you are transferred out of town by your employer, we will refund the unused portion of your membership or class card.
Reservations for classes and workshops are only made by payment in advance. You can register online or register in person at one of the studios prior to the event. We do not guarantee a spot will be available for drop-in students. Do not phone the studio and ask to be put on "the list". We only keep a roster of students who have paid to register.
Class cards and passes may not be shared. Each student must have an individual class card or membership. You may not allow others to use classes on your card or membership.
Be on time to class. Come early if you need to register, redeem a voucher or gift card or change clothes, or if traffic is heavy. Teachers set their own policy on locking doors when class begins and admitting latecomers. It is not helpful to phone the studio if you are caught in traffic. Our teachers are busy registering students or preparing for class.
Use of Vouchers
These special offers are only for new students and cannot be repeated. Only one voucher per customer.
We enforce the expiration dates. We will not grant extensions for any reason. If you are late in redeeming we will honor the value you paid for the voucher toward a class option of greater value.
We follow the refund policy of the voucher sponsor. In most cases, you must go back to the website where you purchased the voucher for a refund. Yoga East will not give you a refund for the voucher. Read the voucher for the refund policy or return to the website where you purchased it.
Your 10 classes expire 4 months from date of redemption. We will not give extensions. Use all your classes before the expiration date!

If an emergency requires your cancellation, we will refund your tuition deducting a $25 administrative fee.

Be early to the class! The studio opens 30 minutes before start time so you can register, set up your props or change clothes. Arriving late is disrespectful to the teacher and the other students who arrived on time. Plan your route and check traffic.
Sales of Merchandise Policy
We hope that you love everything you purchase at Yoga East, but if you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from one of our stores, return the item with your sales receipt for a refund. If you return an item you bought with cash or check we will send you a refund check by mail. If you paid by credit card, bring the same credit card with you to the location where you purchased it for a credit to your credit card account. You can also choose to receive store credit or studio credit instead of a refund. Store or studio credit can be given at any location, no matter where purchased. Please return the item within a reasonable time, in any case no later than 30 days from date of purchase.
