200 Hour, 300 Hour and 500 Hour Courses

Yoga East is a 501(c)(3) non-profit educational organization.
We have trained over 100 yoga teachers since 1994. Our programs are nationally-recognized.

200 Hour Course Click Here	Meets Yoga Alliance 200 Hour standard. For yoga students who want to deepen their understanding and practice of yoga and for experienced yoga students who want to share their love of yoga by teaching others. Fulfill your deepest dreams and highest aspirations by becoming a certified yoga teacher.
300 Hour Module Click Here	Teachers who already have a 200 Hour certificate can upgrade to a 500 Hour Yoga Alliance registration.
500 Hour Course Click Here	Meets Yoga Alliance 500 Hour standard. This is the highest level teacher training recognized by Yoga Alliance. Certification at this level puts you at the top of your profession.
